Dr Abbi Lulsegged is an experienced consultant physician and endocrinologist, practising in a number of clinics in central London and southern England. Dr Lulsegged has a special interest in unexplained medical conditions, obesity, fatigue, and reversal of type 2 diabetes. He has lectured both nationally and internationally. 

Dr Lulsegged has presented in the Houses of Parliament on the subject of reversal of type 2 diabetes, has been interviewed regularly on radio programs and has been quoted by national press. He appeared on the BBC to discuss treatment of diabetes - the program received very high viewer ratings. He has received clinical excellence awards for his outstanding patient care, and has been appointed as a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians as an acknowledgment of his work in both medicine and his chosen specialty.

Mr Elias Francis-Khoury is a consultant ENT surgeon, based in Bournemouth and Poole, with a leading regional practice founded on world-class training, who practises general otolaryngology with a special interest and International Fellowship level training in ear, nose and children’s ENT problems. Mr Francis-Khoury studied at King’s College, University of London and Caius College, University of Cambridge, undertook his basic surgical training on the Oxford rotation and completed his ENT specialist training in London’s best-known hospitals (including Great Ormond Street, Royal National ENT Hospital, St Mary’s, Charing Cross, St Bartholomew’s, UCLH and Royal Free) and then a further two years of fellowship (advanced optional training in a leading international centre) in Toulouse University Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ / Evelina Children’s Hospital.

Mr Francis-Khoury was awarded the fellowship of European Board of Otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, with the distinction of having set a record for highest examination grade in the written part (having also been awarded the year’s highest written grade of the British equivalent, the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons).

He has worked with the NHS for over twenty years and currently practices at the University Hospitals Dorset where he has held the head of department role. He is the co-author of surgical textbook chapters on rhinoplasty, nasal sinuses, and ear infections. His research into his areas of practice, as well as on voice and head and neck cancer, has been published in numerous peer-reviewed articles. His professional affiliations have included the European Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology, European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, the European Rhinologic Society, and British counterparts. Outside of his regular practice, Mr Francis-Khoury has been a volunteer surgeon in warzones with the International Medical Corps, a university lecturer and whenever the evidence is supportive, will favour dietary, exercise and mindful interventions for the treatment of many conditions in his area of expertise.

Mr Amir Qureshi is an internationally-trained consultant knee surgeon and limb reconstruction specialist in the Southampton area. His specialities are knee surgery, knee replacement, revision knee surgery alongside sports injuries, meniscal injuries, and knee arthroscopy. Other interests include - but are not limited to; osteotomy, limb deformities, problem fractures as well as bone infection, joint preservation and autologous chondrocyte implantation.

Mr Qureshi's orthopaedic training started after he graduated from University of Wales College of Medicine. He received the Lloyd Griffiths Medal award for trainee with greatest input towards the programme while at the renowned Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital. Throughout all of his training years, he worked under the guidance of highly-experienced leaders in their fields.

After finishing his higher surgical training, Mr Qureshi decided to further his expertise by doing two international fellowships. The first was hip and knee surgery at the Australian Orthopaedic Association, while he was simultaneously an honorary lecturer at the University of Adelaide. The second was limb reconstruction at The Russian Ilizarov Scientific Centre for Restorative Traumatology, where Mr Qureshi learned highly-advanced techniques and procedures.

Currently, Mr Qureshi is teaching and conducting research outside of his clinic hours. He is an honorary senior clinical lecturer at University Hospital Southampton (UHS), where he is also the postgraduate education lead for orthopaedics. Previously he was the department clinical lead for medical students. Mr Qureshi attends international scientific meetings and gives invited lectures. He is a keen teacher who has been awarded the Wessex Trainer of the Year award in consecutive years, and received the Hospital Heroes badge from UHS.

Mr Qureshi has had multiple articles published in the national press, as well as many published in peer-reviewed journals. His present research, where he is principle investigator and has fully-funded the project's interests, includes the use of cartilage regenerative cells in the ABICUS trial and novel electromagnetically driven osteotomy surgery in the Ellipse HTO trial.

Mr Kalsi has a particular interest in minimally invasive spine surgical techniques and spinal oncology, and earned his PhD in 2021 for his research in spinal cord repair and regeneration at the Institute of Neurology at UCL. His research has been published in peer-reviewed articles and he has authored multiple book chapters on spine surgery. Mr Kalsi’s work has been recognised at national and international conferences, and he has been awarded numerous prizes for spinal surgery, including the Ronald Raven Barber Award for oncology surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons, which is a scholarship to study complex spine surgery at University of California San Francisco. He is a member of many accredited spinal medicine associations, such as the British Association of Spine Surgeons, the Society of British Neurological Surgeons, and AO Spine North America.

Miss Jasdeep Gahir is a leading consultant oncoplastic breast and general surgeon in London who specialises in breast cancer surgery, oncoplastic breast reconstruction and benign breast lumps.
